Jordan Trolinger enters her fifth year with the Southern Conference in July 2015. The former Jordan Gotfredson was hired as the multimedia services assistant in 2012 and promoted to the full-time role of assistant director of multimedia services after her one-year internship came to an end. She was named director of creative services in the summer of 2015. Trolinger's primary duties include the maintenance of the SoCon's various social media platforms, production of the league's video series "The Starting Line," film exchange and marketing.
Trolinger came to the SoCon with a bachelor's degree in journalism and mass communications from Samford University. She was a member of the women's soccer team for two years before her career was ended by multiple injuries. After her playing days came to an end, she continued to work with the soccer team as the video manager, where she was responsible for game film, video board operations and video production.
The Atlanta, Georgia, native also worked within the Samford athletics multimedia department, producing various videos including highlights, promotional and motivational spots along with recaps. Trolinger was also the softball play-by-play commentator for the Bulldogs. In 2011, she called the NCAA women's soccer first-round game in Tallahassee, Fla., and in 2012, Trolinger helped produce the videos for The Samspy's, Samford's year-end athletic banquet.
