SPARTANBURG, S.C. - Elon senior shortstop Neal Pritchard has been named the Southern Conference Baseball Player of the Week while Davidson junior pitcher Chris Lamb has been selected as the league's Pitcher of the Week for all games from February 28 - March 6.
Pritchard reached base safely in all five games this week, batting .615 with two home runs and eight RBIs. He belted out eight hits and scored seven runs. The senior drove in a season-high four runs in a win over West Virginia as Elon improved to 3-1 against the Big East.
