CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – The Tennessee Titans announced the signing of a pair of former Chattanooga Mocs on Monday. Wide receiver Joseph Parker and defensive back Kareem Orr both inked free agent deals following the Titans’ rookie camp over the weekend.

He was third on the team with 437 receiving yards on 40 catches and two TDs in 2018. Parker's top performances his senior campaign included a career-high eight catches for 84 yards at ETSU and three receptions for 48 yards and two scores at Western Carolina.
